Attention
The lamp should only be used with a low heat generation light bulb, such as LED light due to the nature of the paper material. It should not be installed in a wet area where condensation could occur such as a bathroom.
Note
Purchases do not include the cord or light fitting. These must be purchased separately. Paper is white so the colour of the illuminated pendant will alter with the type of bulb used. Therefore both warm and cool lamp colours are possible.

Refund policy
Fold Lighting will readily accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Fold Lighting will offer a full refund or credit note for items shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible for no extra charge (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered).
Your item may be damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and the courier ticket number and notify us immediately. We can start procedures with the freight company and will endeavour to replace your item quickly (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered).
- Items must be in their original state, with the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
- Shipping back to Fold Lighting is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.
- Sale items are non-refundable, and not exchangeable or eligible for a credit note.

All orders are subject to the availability of those products and/or services. We endeavour to provide updates on times and other info on our website. Due to a number of factors we can never be 100% accurate with dispatch times and stock quantities.
Delivery and delivery charges
We strive for shipment within 7 days of an order being made (if in stock), but again, due to a number of factors we cannot guarantee this. All orders are handled chronologically regardless of size or monetary value. Please contact us at if you need your delivery before a certain date and we will be able to provide you with a more specific ETA.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
