Refund Policy

Fold Lighting will readily accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Fold Lighting will offer a full refund or credit note for items shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible for no extra charge (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered).

Your item may be damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and the courier ticket number and notify us immediately. We can start procedures with the freight company and will endeavour to replace your item quickly (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered).

  • Items must be in their original state, with the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
  • Shipping back to Fold Lighting is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, and not exchangeable or eligible for a credit note.
